- Prepare a double-tiered teapot called 'çaydanlık'. Boil water in the large bottom pot.
- Put massive amounts of Black Sea tea leaves (fine powder-like) in the small top pot. When bottom water boils, pour it into the top pot. Add water to the bottom, stack them again, and brew on low for 15-
- mins like steaming.
- Pour the extremely strong tea (dem) from the top pot into a tulip-shaped glass about 1/
- full, and dilute to taste with boiling water from the bottom pot.
