  3. Boil chicken and shred. Sauté pine nuts, almonds, and rice in butter, cook a firm pilaf with chicken broth, currants, cinnamon, allspice, and salt, and mix in shredded chicken.
  4. Pack the pilaf tightly into the dough-lined mold, and fold the overhanging dough to seal the bottom. Bake in the oven until the dough is golden brown, then invert onto a plate and remove the mold.
