- Flip the sheet once the egg sets.
- Brush heavily with a sweet-spicy mix of sweet bean sauce and chili sauce, then dust with cumin and chili powder.
- Place a grilled halved sausage, minced raw onion, and massive cilantro in the center.
- Roll it up tightly into a cylinder using the spatula, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
