  3. Grill the sheet on an oiled griddle. Because it's hard, splash a little water to steam it until chewy.
  4. Crack a raw egg directly onto the sheet and spread it thinly with a spatula.
  5. Flip the sheet once the egg sets.
  6. Brush heavily with a sweet-spicy mix of sweet bean sauce and chili sauce, then dust with cumin and chili powder.
  7. Place a grilled halved sausage, minced raw onion, and massive cilantro in the center.
  8. Roll it up tightly into a cylinder using the spatula, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Serve in a paper bowl, drenched in extra sauce and black vinegar, eaten with skewers.
