- Prepare julienned cucumbers, carrots, and cilantro.
- Place the tofu shreds and veggies in a bowl.
- Add black vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, a pinch of sugar, massive grated garlic, and the Halal essential: 'homemade chili oil (Hong You)'.
- Toss violently by hand to aerate, ensuring the sauce perfectly clings to the tofu fibers.
