Trivia

[Trivia] This is the Silk Road evolution of 'Wonton' eaten across China. In the brutal cold of Xinjiang winters, Qu Qu eaten with boiling hot tomato soup is the ultimate feast for local children.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] Use a spoon to scoop up the bright red tomato soup and several tiny wontons together, swallowing them smoothly. The heavy lamb fat is completely negated by the tart tomatoes, gently healing a stomach exhausted by the dry Silk Road climate.
