  • Whole chicken
  • Whole white peppercorns
  • Goji berries
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Pork bone broth

Instructions

  2. Relentlessly wash pork stomach with salt, vinegar, and flour to obliterate odor. Blanch and julienne.
  3. Chop a premium free-range chicken bone-in and blanch.
  4. Dry-roast massive amounts of whole white peppercorns and crush them coarsely (pre-ground powder fails here).
  5. Boil a cloudy pork/chicken bone broth in a clay pot.
  6. Add tripe, chicken, massive crushed white pepper, ginger, and medicinal herbs.
  7. Cover and simmer on low-medium for
