Instructions

  4. Scrape out the white coconut meat and add it to the pot with goji berries and red dates.
  5. In a bowl, mix minced 'sand ginger', spicy yellow lantern chilies, sweet soy sauce, and calamansi.
  6. Bring the coconut water to a rolling boil.
  7. Drop in chopped fresh free-range chicken, cover, and boil for 'exactly 3-
