  • Red bean paste
  • All-purpose flour
  • Cake flour
  • Lard(or butter)
  • Egg yolk
  • Black sesame

Instructions

  3. Wrap each yolk in sweet red bean paste and roll into balls.
  4. Prepare a 'Water-Oil Dough' (flour, lard, sugar, water) and an 'Oil Dough' (flour, lard).
  5. Wrap the oil dough inside the water-oil dough; roll and fold twice to create flaky layers.
  6. Roll flat, encase the bean-yolk balls, and form a perfect sphere.
  7. Brush twice with egg yolk and dot the center with black sesame.
