Description

  3. Mix glutinous rice flour with a dash of wheat starch. *Wheat starch prevents collapsing and adds jade-like translucency.
  4. Knead the flour with the hot mugwort juice and lard into a smooth green dough.
  5. Divide into golf-ball sizes, wrap around smooth red bean paste enriched with lard, and roll into spheres.
