Description
'Golbheda' means tomato. An absolutely essential spicy tomato-based dip sauce (chutney) when eating Nepali steamed dumplings 'Momo'. Roasted (or boiled) tomatoes blended into a paste with garlic, ginger, white sesame, cilantro, and Nepali citrus-like Sichuan pepper 'Timur'. A bomb of umami, sourness, and numbing.
