Premium Traditional Sesame Oil (Xiao Mo Xiang You)
一滴で料理が変わる!水で抽出する幻の「一番搾り」ごま油
Description
The highest premium traditional sesame oil sold in Chinese supermarkets. 'Xiao Mo' means ground in a small stone mill. Extracted via the traditional 'Water Substitution Method' (Shui Dai Fa): roasted sesame is stone-ground, then boiling water is added to separate and float the pure oil. Overwhelmingly more aromatic and cleaner than machine-pressed oils.

Trivia
General machine-pressed oils lose aroma or gain burnt smells due to high heat, but Xiao Mo Xiang You, extracted at low temp via 'Water Substitution', traps the sesame's pure, intense natural aroma directly in the bottle.
Eating tips & etiquette
Because it is expensive and highly aromatic, using it as frying oil (for heating) is forbidden. ALWAYS use 'after killing the heat (or raw)' and just a few drops. This single drop elevates home cooking to high-end restaurant quality.
