Description
A traditional health liqueur based on Shanxi's famous 'Fenjiu', infused with bamboo leaves, amomum, sandalwood, dried tangerine peel, goji, and rock sugar. So romantically historical that lines like 'Waiter! Bring me Zhu Ye Qing!' frequently appear in tavern scenes of Chinese martial arts novels and historical dramas.
Eating tips & etiquette
It's like a high-ABV, beautiful green, crisp and sweet version of JP 'Yomeishu'. Less medicinal-smelling, the refreshing aroma of bamboo leaves pierces the nose.
