Description
A representative specialty of scenic Guilin, Guangxi, and one of the 'Three Treasures of Guilin'. Unlike general Baijiu made from sorghum, it is the representative of 'Mixiang' (Rice aroma) style made from 'Rice' (Da Mi). Very close to JP rice shochu, lacking quirks and featuring a crisp, sweet aroma.
