Jia Fan Jiu (Standard Shaoxing Wine)
ご飯(もち米)を1割マシマシ!紹興酒の絶対的スタンダード
Description
One of the brewing methods (grades) of Shaoxing wine. Brewed by 'adding' (Jia) 10%+ more 'glutinous rice (Fan)' raw material than when making regular Shaoxing wine (the dry type called Yuan Hong Jiu). More rice increases sugar and amino acid umami, resulting in the 'most delicious meal liquor (semi-dry)' with perfect sweet-tart balance.
