中国人が「子供の頃から食べてる」味!甘じょっぱい雪の魔法

Description

A rice cracker (Senbei) raised into a national snack in mainland China by Taiwanese giant snack maker 'Want Want'. Eating tips & etiquette

Said to be made via technology transfer from JP 'Yuki no Yado'. Besides 'Xue Bing', a product shaped like Happy Turn called 'Xian Bei' (Senbei) is also a massive hit, nearly monopolizing China's rice cracker market.
