The most famous traditional pastry representing Yunnan Province (Kunming etc.), called the 'Spring City' where flowers bloom year-round. Inside a flaky, multi-layered thin pastry crust is packed a jam-like filling kneaded from the specialty 'edible roses', sugar, and honey. One bite sends an intense, noble rose aroma piercing from mouth to nose like perfume.
