The most famous Baijiu brand brewed in China's westernmost Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. Boasts high quality praised as 'Xinjiang's Moutai'. Though Nongxiang style (fruity sweet aroma), it's characterized by being much crisper with a more refreshing aftertaste than inland Baijius.
