Trivia
Shrimp 'Red', Squid 'White', and Snow Pea 'Green'. Assembling these 3 colors instantly transforms any home dish into the beauty of a 'high-end Chinese restaurant stir-fry'. Blanching briefly in oily hot water before frying makes the color abnormally vivid.
Eating tips & etiquette
The basic prep before cooking is snapping both ends and pulling the lateral 'strings' off. Skipping this leaves hard strings in the mouth when eating, causing discomfort.
