Trivia

[Hardcore] 'Basmati' means 'Queen of Fragrance' in Hindi. Absolutely no other rice is possible for Indian cuisine's peak 'Biryani'. Lacking stickiness unlike Japanese white rice, it perfectly coats with spicy soupy curries.
