Trivia

[Hardcore] Crucially different from commercial curry powder as it roasts and grinds 'raw rice or beans (Dal)' blending them with spices. This creates natural thickness and savory richness in the soup, completing the ultimate rice-stealing soup.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] Not just dissolving in soup, but sprinkle over stir-fried veg (Poriyal) as a flavoring spice, easily cloaking them in South Indian aroma!
