Trivia

[Trend] The biggest difference from Garam Masala is the overwhelmingly higher ratio of 'sweet noble aroma (cardamom/mace etc.)' rather than 'heat (chilies etc.)' or 'curry-ness (cumin/coriander)'. Truly 'edible perfume' for cooking.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] When just frying white rice, sprinkle this masala briefly with butter, instantly transmuting it like alchemy into a premium restaurant's 'special spiced rice'!
