How to use
Ingredients
- Edible soybean oil
- Rapeseed oil
- Sunflower oil etc.
Instructions
- Pour massive refined oil into a pot, heat firmly on medium-high.
- Toss in cumin/mustard seeds, popping them in oil to transfer aroma throughout (tempering).
- When frying Samosa/Pakora, keep high temp ~180°C to fry crispy.
