Instructions
- Briefly dry-roast green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, fennel in a pan to raise aroma.
- Cool completely, add dry ginger powder (Saunth) and nutmeg powder, grind to fine powder in a mill.
- When boiling black tea and milk, toss ~1/
- tsp of this Chai Masala, boil for mins completely dissolving spice aroma into milk.
