  • Urad beans(Skin-on dried black beans)

Instructions

  1. Soak whole Urad beans and a little Rajma (kidney beans) together in massive water overnight.
  2. Boil longer in pressure cooker until easily crushed by fingers.
  3. Heat massive butter (Makhan), heavy cream, tomato puree, garlic-ginger paste, Kasuri Methi in a pot, toss in boiled beans. Keep simmering slowly on very low for hours until bean shapes crumble gooey integrating with the sauce.
