Trivia

[Hardcore] Called 'Supari'. The nut itself lacks red pigment; it turns blood-red only when the 3 elements 'Supari', 'lime (Chuna)', and 'betel leaf' chemically react in the mouth. Cited by WHO as carcinogenic, so unhealthy, but a demonic luxury item symbolizing Indian street culture.

Eating tips & etiquette
