Trivia

[Hardcore] 'Why mix chicory in coffee?' Historically a substitute during British Empire when beans were expensive, but today actively blended because 'chicory's intense bitterness and thickness perfectly match massive sugar and hot milk'. The morning soul drink overwhelmingly supported over 'Chai' in South India.
