How to use

Instructions

  2. Prepare fresh milk from cows (or goats) grazed in the rich nature of the Black Sea coast eating plenty of fresh grass.
  3. Traditionally, put cream (or yogurt) separated from milk into a wooden or skin barrel called 'yayık'.
  4. Agitate the barrel vigorously for hours to separate the fat and form a butter block. Wash repeatedly in cold water to remove impurities, and knead with rock salt.
