Instructions

  3. Grate massive amounts of garlic, and prepare red chili powder (blend of sweet and spicy), cumin, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Combine all spices and garlic in a bowl, gradually adding a little warm water (or oil), and knead vigorously until it becomes a smooth, clay-like, spreadable paste. Used as a preservative coating for meat or as a dip for bread.
