  • Tainan Yimian(Dried egg noodles)
  • Minced pork
  • Bean sprouts
  • Chives
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. [Authentic Recipe]
  2. Prepare 'Tainan Yimian', flat curly dried noodles kneaded with duck (or chicken) eggs.
  3. Warm up 'Rouzao' (minced pork sauce) simmered long with pork, shallots, soy sauce, and five-spice.
  4. At the bottom of a bowl, put soy sauce, sesame oil, a little black vinegar, and grated garlic.
  5. Boil Yimian briefly (~
  6. mins). Right before done, toss in bean sprouts and chives and remove together.
  7. Put drained noodles and veg in the bowl, pour piping hot Rouzao generously on top.
  8. Mix vigorously right before eating until the sauce completely coats the noodles.
