- Carbonated water(or Tonic)
- Ice
- Mint leaves
- Cardamom powder
Instructions
- [For
- Servings/Ingredients] 90ml Hapusa Himalayan Dry Gin, 300ml cold carbonated water (Club Soda) or tonic water, massive pure ice (rock ice), few mint leaves, small cardamom powder optionally.
- On a quiet night, prepare
- heavy tumbler glasses reminding of Himalaya's cool air.
- Pile highly-transparent pure ice to glass rims.
- Opening bottle raises sharp powerful juniper aromas reminding of pine forests/snowy mountains. Pour 45ml each of this 'Hapusa Gin' into glasses.
- To enjoy aroma first, bring face to glass before pouring soda. Feel Indian terroir where turmeric earthiness, mango faint sweetness, almond richness intricately intertwine from behind intense Himalayan juniper.
- Instantly pour cold carbonated water (soda recommended over tonic to taste gin flavor directly) through ice gaps.
- Stir lightly just once with muddler, float mint leaves clapped with palms to draw aroma (optionally pinch of cardamom powder). Meditative spicy adult cocktail fusing Himalayan cold air and Indian earth.

Trivia
[Hardcore] Premium line by NAO Spirits making 'Greater Than'. Regular gins use European juniper berries, but Hapusa is the world's first gin using foraged 'Himalayan wild juniper'. Furthermore, the Indian-unique crazy idea of using turmeric as a botanical births unbelievably deep earthy tastes, shocking global craft gin maniacs.
