Instructions
- Put Kashmiri green tea leaves, water, baking soda in a pot; boil long (~40-
- mins) until water turns dark red, adding cold water midway to aerate.
- Once tea is deep wine red, add milk and salt and boil. Mixing milk instantly turns it vibrant pink.
- Pour into a bowl, float crushed pistachios/almonds if desired to finish.
