Instructions
- Slice mushrooms thin, heat butter in a pan, fry with minced onions and garlic-ginger until wilted.
- Add cumin powder, black pepper, a little garam masala to release aroma; remove heat and blend in a mixer to a smooth mushroom paste.
- Return paste to pot, heat while gradually adding milk (or water and heavy cream), simmer on low until thickened, adjust salt to finish.
