  10. Dye yellow with turmeric, instantly pour 'Besan (chickpea flour)' liquid dissolved without lumps in little water.
  11. Cooking on low, stir continuously/vigorously with spatula. In mins, Besan absorbs moisture transforming into chewy 'spicy okara'-like yellow paste (Zunka).
  12. On another griddle (Tawa), knead Jowar (millet) flour with boiling water, spread thin/round slapping with palms, baking gluten-free bread (Bhakar) rustically without oil.
